Init daemon difference for flex-builder & yocto 3,1 (dunfell)

Hi Team,

  We are porting changes from flex-builder to yocto. We found that the in yocto default init daemon is Sys V & if we enable the systemd. Then it used to mask the all sys v scripts .

  So can we keep the sysV as init manger & enable the systemd feature too (systemctl etc)
