FRWY-LS1012A Serial port

Hello,

I got a FRWY-LS1012A, and have followed instructions in FRWY-LS1012AGSG.pdf, but I can't get the serial port to show up in the 2 Windows 10 machines I have tried. A disk drive does appear though. What could it be the issue?

On linux I get a /dev/sg2 and /dev/sdc but no "/dev/ttyACM", could this be related?

I did stop the service (it's on the webs getting started instructions) but that did not help. As explained in earlier post, I can't see the serial port device on Linux too.

Should I try the file attached in the other thread? (It's not exactly the same board)

The FRWY board has K20 MCU - please use attached firmware image.
