I am testing USB 3.0 on a Freedom board and trying to get USB3.0 Super Speed to read a Flash Drive.  I've tried two different sticks and they both show up on the High Speed bus instead of the Super Speed bus.

1d6b:0003 (bus 2, device 1, speed 5000M)
0781:5581 (bus 1, device 3, speed 480M) path: 1 // FLASH DRIVE
1d6b:0002 (bus 1, device 1, speed 480M)

1d6b:0003 (bus 2, device 1, speed 5000M)
090c:1000 (bus 1, device 4, speed 480M) path: 1 // FLASH DRIVE
1d6b:0002 (bus 1, device 1, speed 480M)

The board is running the firmware the device shipped with.  Is there anything special that needs to be done to get USB 3.0 Super Speed working?  I would have expected the USB drive to show up on bus 2, perhaps this is an issue with OTG?  I read elsewhere that USB3.0 dosn't function if OTG is enabled but am not sure how to change that in the Linux.
