DDR bring-up without debugger on LS1028A

Hi, I would like to find out what's the recommended path to perform DDR initialization on a custom board based on LS1028A

Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I understand from NXP's documents in order to do DDR bring-up on the LS1028A I need the following tools:
- Code Warrior
- CodeWarrior® TAP
- CWH-CTP-CTX10-YE

Is this true? Is any of the above redundant? Like e.g. could I just use CodeWarrior only to generate timing parameters (without optimization and validation) and connect to the board with some other debugger? Is there any other debugger that would support LS1028, e.g JLink?

dear @pb3 the recommended path is as you have described.

Yes, You can use CW to generate timing parameters  and use other debugger, but I recommend to use CW because you will get technical support for it.
