DDR: 1D training failed

Platform: LX2160A customized board card。

When I used QCVS to validate DDR4, 11/16 failed, showing the following error. it was DDR PHY:1D training failed。What causes it?So how do we deal with that。

Many issues can cause problems on DDR interface. These include

mistakes in the schematics;

mistakes in DDR controller configuration;

mistakes in DDR PCB layout;

board level issues;
