CodeWarrior TAP unavailable

Hello,

I have a CodeWarrior Tap and I want to use it with LS1028A, but since few days I have a problem. The tap is not recognized any more:

Please refer to section "8.2.1 Reprogramming Firmware through Ethernet Port" in C:\Freescale\CW4NET_v2020.06\CW_ARMv8\ARMv8\Help\PDF\CodeWarrior TAP Users Guide.pdf to reprogram CodeWarrior TAP probe firmware images.
