This is not a programming question but an electronics question.
Is it allrigt to connect a PIO pin of the LPC to VCC with the unit not powered up (VCC is not powerering the VCC pins of the LPC)
This will be done momentarily in my application. I can connect a resistor to the pin that will recieve VCC without the LPC being powered.
