set 8 bit values in flash

Hello,

I use a LPC1112 working with Keil µVision4.
Is there any opportunity to set one or more 8 bit values in the last sector of the flash memory. I would like to set an identify number in a speciefied area of the flash (only readable in the program).
Has anybody an idea how to realize this?

You can use IAP commands to do this. Check out the following application note:
