"Target reported errors"

Hi,

My colleaague testing a new homebuilt board in the field has encountered this error.

"Target reported errors" 15 target error from commit flash write

I think probably it is a wiring connection to the programming header but I would like to know what the message means.

Is there a list and definition of the error numbers anywhere?

Any help is appreciated,

The most common reason for these sort of errors is power. Flash programming increases the power consumption of the chip dramatically, and if your supply is not up to it, the flash programming will fail.
