lpc code not working

Hello,
i'm new user of lpcexpresso and lpc1769.
i'm using lpc expresso for lpc1769.
how to program the board?
by reading, i'm clicking on debug button to program bu didn't get ic programmed or not.
i have attached my code.please tell me anyone whether this code is correct or not it is not working?

When you start a debug session, a Debug View should appear within the IDE, and the Editor view should show that you have stopped at the beginning of the main() function.

Before you go any further, I would suggest that you...

1) Make sure that you have read the supplied LPCXpresso User Guide (various ways of accessing, including from the Help menu inside LPCXpresso IDE).

2) Watch the "Rapid Embedded Development with LPCXpresso " video at:

If you still think that your code in not downloading, please confirm what OS you are running, which version of LPCXpresso IDE you have installed, what board you are using, and also post your debug log:
