how to install plugin

Hi,
I would like to know how to install a plugin, since we are talking about an IDE based on eclipse. Using red suite this is possible through Help menu.

As written below, this is not possible with LPCXpresso, unless subversion can be installed using the dropins folder method.

You can, of course, use an external tool, such as TortoiseSVN.

I want to install subclipse to be able to use subversion. How can this be done?

LPCXpresso is a simplified version of Eclipse and does not support the plugin user interface.

However, it is possible to add a plugin by using the 'dropin folder' method. See the Eclipse website for details on how to do this.

Red Suite, of course, fully supports plugins.
