Where to find AXF2BIN converter program?

Hi,

Where can I find a converter program to generate a Firmware.bin from a project.axf?  I can load target using the SWDIO/SCLK but would like to use ISP USB MSD file load but cannot find a utility in LCPXPRESSO to convert AXF to Binary.

Any help would be appreciated.
