Greetings everyone!

I'm struggling with webserver example. I have connected UART and it works fine, I have connected board in various combinations with board TX+ to cable RX+ aswell as board TX+ to TX+.
On UART i receive:

Link connect status: 1
IP_ADDR    : 192.168.2.100
NET_MASK   : 169.254.255.255
GATEWAY_IP : 192.168.2.1

and when I'm typing 192.168.2.100 to my browser (chrome) i receive message "site does not respond.". Where I'm making mistake?

I'm adding example log from wireshark.
