Vector catch and ISP mode doesnt help to get debuger work

Hello,
I'm still experiencing a strange behavior with the lpcXpresso dev board and IDE.
I was playing with a new lpc11c24 board (from embedded artists) , when I try to debug one of the example projects , I can download succesfuly the file to the flash , but the processor hangs on this line
while (!(LPC_SYSCON->SYSPLLSTAT & 0x01));   
seems like he is unable to get the PLL locked. I tried to get into ISP mode and the vector catch , same problem.
even after erasing the flash with flash magic the process still hangs on the same line.
I tried to create a new workspace then loaded the example projects.
still the same !!
any hint please/

With SYSPLLCLKSEL_Val 0x00000000 you've switched to IRC (12MHz, 1% accuracy) as PLL source :)

Probably your timer problem is something different :eek:

I think my crystal is damaged ! I switcher to the  IRC and now I'm able to get over the wait condition. but I still don't  understand how my crystal can be damaged !

I changed #define  SYSPLLCLKSEL_Val   to   0x00000000. do I need to modify other defines to  get the system work correctly. cause the timer is running too fast  which make me think that I still miss something in the config file.

If your PLL isn't running, ISP or vector catch doesn't help. Either your code is faulty or your PLL source (crystal?) is damaged :eek:

You could try to start your LPC without PLL in IRC :)
