UART Example is not working in LPC1769 Ea baseboard

Hi I am using LPC1769 EA Baseboard and I want to build the project on UART. Actually I want to send some data/character/string through UART and want to display on hyper terminal. Please any one help me regarding this. Here I am attaching the lpc17xx_xpr_bb_130125 (1) in that UART project is there so please any one tell me step by step what I have to do and what places I have to make changes in UART program and what changes will be. Have you read and followed the information in Embedded Artists Base Board User's Guide - in particular the section on using the USB-to-UART bridge?
