To stop LED D1 from blinking in LPCXpresso 54102 development board

Hi,
I am using OM13078  DEV BRD, LPC54102 SENSOR PROCESS/MOTION.The LED D1 is always blinking red,I would like to understand why it is blinking and how can it be stopped.Any help will much be appreciated.

That is normally an indicator that the firmware in the debug probe MCU is up and running.

If your board has the debug probe firmware in flash, then you can stop it running by fitting a jumper on DFULink (JP5) before powering the board up.
