Hi,

Is it possible to download the firmware and run it without using the debug mode ?

I have the free edition of the LPXpresso and I know about the limitation to 128K, but my firmware is less than 1 K. I should be able to download it and run, but so far I can only download firmware by pressing the debug button.

My guess is that I need to have a project opened, otherwise it does not work.

This tool needs a 'target' information. Therefore it will not work without opened project :)

'Program Flash' (little chip icon) is what you're looking for :)

Note #1: Running after Program isn't always working, see: http://knowledgebase.nxp.com/showthread.php?t=2422

Note #2: 'Command Line Programming' is described here: http://support.code-red-tech.com/CodeRedWiki/CommandLineFlashProgramming?

Thanks. That was the button I had pressed earlier but it gave me an error about memory limits. But now it works.

My guess is that I need to have a project opened, otherwise it does not work.
