Programming OM13069 Quick-Jack

Before I purchase an LPC-Link 2 I want to make sure that will in fact be able to program the OM13069 Quick-Jack with LPC812 series MCU.

I purchased the link 2.  I am not trying to load the example code for the quick jack to make sure I am using the link 2 correctly.  However when I try to load the file onto the quick jack board I get error that says:

02: Failed on connect: Ep(01). Target marked as not debuggable.

Am I doing something wrong?

LPC-Link2 can you used to debug any LPC device with a JTAG or SWD conector
