Program in flash cannot run again

I have two projects. One is the sample LPCX1227_cmsis2_systick. I compile it and debug it. It runs very well.
I power off the device(disconnect it from PC) and power on it. the program in flash can run again.

the other project which is from the NXP(RC663-LPC1227-Polling), I can debug it too.
But when I repeat the steps described above(power off, then power on), It can not run again.

I don't know why.
I use the same board and same IDE.  LPCXpresso V6.0.4 Build 159  2013-10-09
Ubuntu 12.04

Thanks for your reply. Do you mean that if you use the feature of semi-hosting, your program only run in debug state?
When a project has the feature of semi-hosting, how to disable it?

No idea what "RC663-LPC1227-Polling" might be, but the first thing to check would be whether it uses semihosting:
