Program LPC1224FBD48/121 mcu with programmer on LPC11C24 developmentboard

Hello,

I want to use a LPC1224FBD48/121 for a project (because of the two uart's) but I only have the LPC11C24 developmentboard.
Is it possible to program the 1224 with the programmer on the 11C24?
