Hi,

Are there any problems with production programming an LPC1114 target using the LPC-link SWD and a release build in the eclipse IDE?

Since I want to expose the SWD header on the PCB, I'd rather not have to bring out the ISP pins as well, if this can be avoided.

Yes, this will work.

You can use the command line flash programmer to program your device, so you don't need load the IDE. Use of the command line flash programmer is described in the Knowledgebase article:
