For LPC812 MCU and blinky project, i have try to start a debug session.
This message appear:

No compatible emulators available.
They may be disconnected, not powered, already in use or not compatible with this target

I have try with 2 different LPCXpresso board, (one of this is new)

On first conection, windows have install this usb device with DFU capabilities (LPCXpresso).

Which board are you using?

If you are using an LPCXpresso-MAX board (http://www.lpcware.com/content/devboard/lpcxpresso-max-developer-boards) then you need to make sure that you have installed the mbed serial port driver.

If you are using an LPCXpresso V1 board (http://www.lpcware.com/LPCXpressoV1Boards), then I would suggest working through the troubleshooting section of http://www.lpcware.com/content/faq/lpcxpresso/booting-lpc-link

PS - you should note that as per the release notes, Windows XP is no longer a supported platform (though we aren't currently aware of any issues).
