Problem with easyweb lpc1769

Hello everybody. First you have to apologize me because my english is terrible. In fact i hate write in english. Well my problem is that im with a project in the university and the professor wants that i can send a signal from the page of easyweb for example do a box in the http page with the options desactive active and turn on, or turn off for example a led in lpc1769. I dont have the minor idea how i can do this. If somebody can help me i thanks.
