Hello together,

I am debugging with a LPC2362 MCU. My hardware is using the UART3.
But the UART3 is not shown in the Peripherals Window of the LPCXpresso IDE.
Now is my question is it somewhere inside the other Peripherals where I didn't look yet or is it maybe possible to add it manually?
I can already see that the PINSEL is configured for the right pins when I run my init an look for the PINSEL in the Peripherals.

Thanks for help,
Florian

Every time you are in debug mode you have to look for the memoryadresses  you wnat to watch.
Would it be possible to save what you had from the last you were in  debug mode and just refresh it? So that should be just the case when you  are working in the same project or at the same device.

This already works for me for a specific project with LPCXpresso 3.3.4. When I reload a project, the list of addresses from my previous session are displayed in the memory view. I just have to click on the 'Add rendering' icon to make each one live.

The idea of some sort of 'favourite memory locations list' is one we can consider for a future release though.

Additionally could you add the missing PCONP bits in the SYS... view of the peripherals?

We'll investigate this. Can you confirm which bits you think are missing?

I am happy that it will be fixed. Till then I have just to use the manual adding of memory addresses in this view.
There would be another nice feature you could look for but it is probably a bigger amount of working but its just a suggestion.

I am afraid that the peripherals are not user editable. We will fix the missing UART in the next LPCXpresso IDE release.
