Hello all,

I installed LPCXpresso successfully on my Ubuntu 10.04 some time ago and was able to debug programs on my LPC11C24. Now, after several weeks and Ubuntu-Updates that does no longer work. I always get the "No emulator/board available" message.

I tried different USB ports and cables. I also tried to pull P0_1 low to get into ISP mode without success.

Following http://support.code-red-tech.com/CodeRedWiki/LPCLinkDiagnostics gives the following results:

I think, that dfu-util fails booting the debugger firmware, but why and what can I do to get it running again?

Kind regards

Stephan

I have the same problem now. It works 1-2 days after install. Then it fails with the error message: "No emulator/board available.
This could be because it is unpowered, disconnected or already in use".
Reinstall helps and it works again for 1-2 days.

I think it's something with ubuntu (12.04 here) and permissions...

Hallo all,

it turned out that there was something broken in the installation. After a new installation with the same Ubuntu on my laptop worked I tried to reinstall the software on the desktop computer and the problem was gone.

Kind regards
