Max freq for gpio toggling & wait state in lpc1317

I am running lpc1317 with 72mhz.

1. Gpio peripheral can also be clocked to 72 mhz as AHB & APB are at same 72Mhz.
Now at what max speed I can toggle GPIO. Is it 72 Mhz?

2. What is wait state for reading flash at 72MHZ.

Toggling a pin at 72Mhz will always be measured in frequency as 36Mhz.
(Freq = 1 / (Ton + Toff)).

how did you calculate 36mhz. both apb & ahb are at 72
