Hello,

  I'm working with a LPC1769 but unfortunately, 64K ram is not enough for my application. Do you know which LPC could replace the LPC1769?

I don't need more pins or more feature only more RAM.

I assume that you have already looked in detail at what is using up your RAM and seeing if there are any obvious changes you can make to save memory? If not, then as a starting point for doing this, look at your map file and read this FAQ:

Also make sure that your project(s) are built  with unused section elimination turned on:
