hi ppl,

can anyone please tell me weather i can connect an 10k pot externally on bread borad (on lpc1343 i want to connect to PI01_5) so can see then change on the adc program. to obtain this what changes should i do please let me know.

in tried connecting to another adc pin didnt read any value :( im using a xmbedded broad from nxp and pin i have assigned to PI01_5.

it might help if you have someone around knowing a bit about hardware.
Reading the user manual should give you the information you need.

And yes - why should you not be able to connect an analog signal to an ADC pin :confused:

that means its fine if i can connect to any ADC pins....?
tats AD0 or AD1 or AD4 or AD5....? please let me know....

Just connect a 10k potmeter between gnd and + 3.3V, that's all.
