I have a working system with USB HID, i use the HID to configure my board and program some external flash memory via spi. I want to invoke ISP via a HID command. Calling the function from a HID command is easy, but i dont get the device enumerating as a MSC, my HID just stays there, even though it has entered the ISP as my heartbeat led stops and i loose connection to the debugger. Why isnt it entering ISP correctly? any ideas?
