Hello,

I downloaded and installed the LPCExpresso tools and all went well, but when I try to debug designs larger than 8k, I get a message that the design is too large for the license .. ?

i checked that the license is correctly installed and get the message that it is and I should be able to work with designs up to 128k.

I tried to uninstall, restart and reinstall the tools, but no luck.

I use WinXP SP3 Danish version on IBM ThinkPad T41p

Best regards

In the first place, try fixing the write access:

Hello,

You are right - the directory is write protected - but it seems that I cannot remove the protection, and the references do not mention how it is done.

The file cscript.exe is in \Windows\System32 but I don't know how to check if it is blocked and the references are pretty vague about how to check and fix this.

So, please, can you help here ?

regards

This can be due to:
1. Write protection enabled for the "/Documents and Settings/All Users/LPCXpresso" directory.
2. cscript execution is disabled, inhibited by a virus checker, or cscript.exe is not in your system path.Typically, this executable is located in the "\Windows\System32" directory.
