This request appeared in as a post in the thread Efficient Edit, Compile, Debug (load program) in LPCXpresso (Eclipse) but has apparently been overlooked, so I'l give it a new thread.

Under "Window->Preferences->General->Keys" one finds a categorised list of 'commands' and may change and add keyboard
shortcuts thereto.

However, an important command (for assembly level debugging) is still absent (as of 7.4 for Windows).

Namely, "Move to line" as appears on the right click context menu in the disassembly and the edit window (while debugging).
I.e. to change the PC to the highlighted line of code/disassembly. So I still cannot give it a hot key combo.

NB: this is not the same as "Run to line" (which is in the list).
And I think "Go to line" only positions the edit cursor.

I would be nice if this oversight could be rectified as part of the next or a future release.

Regards, Mike

This is not currently possible. It has already been reported to the Eclipse/CDT team:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=394774

but there has been no activity in almost 2 years...

Sorry.
