LPCXpresso LPC1769 base board USB-to-UART bridge problem

I am trying to run a UART code on LPCXpresso base board with LPC 1769 on FreeRTOS. when i download the program from LPCXpresso IDE to the board it loads complicity, after that i open the /dev/ttyUSB0 from minicom for watching the terminal view. after that when i try to run the code an error comes as

system rejected access at location 0xE000RDF0 - verify Population of memory and peripharals

i am not getting that it works without opening a terminal but when X3 is working as power supply and usb to uart bridge togather it is giving such errors.

i have make necessary bridge connection as mentioned in LPCXpresso Baseboard user manual. 1st the default setting and then bridge setting for perticuler usb to uart bridge. even after that such error is coming.

i have atteched the setup of hardware an the error which comes after when its terminal is open in miniusb /dev/ttyUSB0

what am i doing wrong here ???

i am giving power from X3 port and mini usb port in J3 from lpc 1769 board giving 2 power supply one for lpc 1769 and 1 for base borad. i have given power supply as mentioned in user manual.

How are you powering the baseboard? You cannot expect to power it through the LPCXpresso 1769 board, you need to supply power to the baseboard, as described in the baseboard user manual.
