LPC1769 i2s sample rate

Hi,

I'M using LPC1769 and I'm trying to set i2s bus. user manual says that LPC i2s bus can use sampling frequency between 16 to 96 kHz, however I want to use 11.025 kHz. Does anyone know whether 11.025 ksps works for LPC17xx i2s or not?

hi,

First of all, thanks for the reply, actually I'll use it for audio but I'll transmit only voice signal so I think 11.025 kHz will be enough for me. The codec IC which I'm using can be configured to work at 11.025 kHz so I think it should work :)

should be possible ... use e.g. the proper value in the 'I2STXBITRATE'.
The mentioned i2s-Clk-values are coming out of the 'audio-world'. Slower values do have their impact on the quality of sound. But I suppose you use it for an other application.
