LPC1114 Part 301/302 difference

Hey Guys

This is a pretty much trivial question but has been bothering me for quiet some time. The datasheet does not have the details and google was not of much help.

So essentially what is the difference between these parts :

LPC1114FHN33/201
LPC1114FHN33/202
LPC1114FHN33/203
LPC1114FHN33/301
LPC1114FHN33/302
LPC1114FHN33/303

LPC1114FHI33/302
LPC1114FHI33/303

There are 2 variations FHN and FHI. What do they mean ?
Apart from that what does the last "/x0x" denote (ie. how is 301 different from 302) ?
