Is it possible to enter debug without reflashing?

I am running with 6.1.2 with LPC-Link.

I want to avoid re-flashing my target every time I start a debug session.
I have looked all over to find an option to go straight to debug mode after my target has been power cycled, but I can't find it.

Any tips?
