Flash programming in LPCXpresso or RedSuite

Hi.
How can I program my target device without using Debug or Run mode in LPCXpresso or RedSuite?
I mean: I have my executable file after compile step: how can I deploy it directly in the device without launching debug session? Is there an external tool to do it?
