Error Launching debug (resource is not open)

I tried to debug the proyect but I cant becuase of an error  that says:
"Resource /CMSISv2p00_LPC17xx is not open"

note: The building has no error.

How can I fix it?

Thanks, the .project was having problems to be loaded
I created it again and open it

This means that your project uses CMSISv2p00_LPC17xx, but the project is closed. Open the project and it should work RIght-click on CMSISv2p00_LPC17xx and select Open project
