As I understand it, the ULINK2 debugger does not use any resources on the chip for debugging (for ARM). Is this also true for the LPC-Link?

The debugger does not use any RAM or Flash on the target device(*).

(*) For parts with a VFP floating point co-processor, such as the LPC32xx, then a small amount of RAM, allocated by the application, is used. Most debuggers do this, due to the way VFP is implemented
