Before going ahead, I would like to ask, whether the wrong/ incorrect values in MAM & PLL resistors kills/damage the micro-controller physically ? Coz when I found the error in programming the flash, at the same time micro-controller gets heated & regulator also, as the micro-controller drawing more current (near about 130mA) where  this current was near about 16mA before.

Ans to your ques : I tried to program it through ISP using flash magic. but since the micro-controller gets heated , ISP also not successful. The error is of auto baud.
I don't have debug log right now. I didn't save it. I will post it soon.

version of LPCXpresso IDE : V6.0.4
OS : windows XP

That's a very old version of LPCXpresso, though the latest ones no longer will run on WinXP.

And you have double checked these changes? These are very likely to break things if you have got them wrong.

Anyway, you haven't posted your debug log, or confirmed if you have tried booting the board into ISP mode.

What version of LPCXpresso IDE are you running?

What host OS are you running on?

What debug probe are you using?

What target board and MCU are you using?

What does the debug log show after starting a debug session?

Does booting your board into ISP mode before starting a debug session help?

And if this has been working for 6 months, what recent changes have been made in your setup?
