Connection error Em(05)

Hi all. I have one piece of LPC11c24 xpresso board. Yesterday I was trying to change clock source setup for using IRC oscilator. Maybe I made a mistake, so after last program cycle the board stop work and I cannot connect to it. If I want to debug new program I will get error:

02: Failed on connect: Em(05). Cannot find emulator speed that works.:

Does somebody know this error? Is there any way how can I repair it? Is there any way how can I erase chip memory in this state?
