How can I check heap & stack size during debugging.

I am using LPC1317 with Keil 4.54.0.0

You likely to get more help with toolchain specific questions by checking the tool vendor's own support systems - this is after all the LPCXpresso forum, not the Keil forum!

Have you tried checking the Keil docs or posting on the Keil forum?
