Dear NXP

I am working on LPC4078, and I need a tool to monitor RAM memory during operation to prevent memory leak.

Would you please suggest me any tool to do that.

Best regards

I don't know of no such tool for embedded applications - they tend to be supplied as part of an OS (such as Linux) or an RTOS. You could write your own, by supplying your own Malloc/free/etc functions.
