Hi faziya,

Please make sure you are using the latest version of MCUXpresso IDE v11.7.1 as well.

You can download it from this link

https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/mcuxpresso-software-and-tools-/mcuxpresso-i...

If problem still exists, let me know your chip part number and if you can reproduce the issue with a demo board.

Thanks,

Jun Zhang

Hi

Please check which Flash driver configuration file (*.cfg) is used in your project.

change Flash Driver to SPIFI_GENERIC, see how it works.

If this can't resolve your problem, send your demo project here, I will check it directly on my side.

Thanks,

Jun Zhang

Hi

Do you use nxp demo board or own PCB?

if custom PCB, did you ever connect it once before?

please test it with create a NEW project under a NEW workspace to avoid old associations.

Thanks,

Jun Zhang
