It has been replaced with a new piece, but unfortunately it does not work. I have a second piece that works well. How can I copy the information on the new piece?

Hello, my name is Pavel, and I will be supporting your case, I review your information, but this does not have enough details, if you are looking to flash your MCU I recommend using a debugger, like the MCU Link.

Hello, if you have a custom board, you may need an external debugger and put the LPC in ISP mode.

Hello, when you have the MCU connected to the PC, you may need to install the spsdk or blhost.

Then you can read the memory.
