lpc55s06 not VDD_PMU is zero

we are working on LPC55S06 controller but we are unable to detect controller in SWD ,so we checked VDD_PMU is zero we mounted same inductor, capacitor similar EVK .the volatge at LX also zero . please verify schematic let me know any issue in schematic.

Please make sure you have 3.3v input to VBAT_PMU and VBAT_DCDC. Measure these pins with multimeter to check.
