Hi,

Where can i find the code which do XIP (Execution In Place) from external SPI flash (Micron), in the SDK there is Download image XIP example, but I need to run code from the external flash in XIP,

Could you please provide more information of which LPC are you using? 

Please take a look into the following application note:

Which explains how to modify the header structure of the image in order to run code from the external flash.
