lpc_chip_8xx_lib release build work not fine.

Hi, NXP Sirs,

I am working on NXP_Quick_Jack project.

I include the lpc_chip_8xx_lib, when original debug build, it's work fine.

I need more small code size, so rebuild the lpc_chip_8xx_lib to release build.

But, use the lpc_chip_8xx_lib not work fine. It will loss data when receive manchester data.

Will the release build of  lpc_chip_8xx_lib can be modify or fix?
