imxrt1024CAG4A controller not detecting

Hi, I have designed a circuit with imxrt1024CAG4A controller. I am trying to enter debugging mode in Keil, but the controller is not detecting. I am using CMSIS_DAP Debugger. Could you please tell me about the reasons for it.

Thanks for your interest in NXP MIMXRT series!

Have you ever flashed another image on this chip and did it work fine before? If so, we can skip checking your circuit connections for problems and suggest you put the chip in SDP mode and then use MCUBootUtility to erase the external flash memory. Retry the connection again.
