evaluation board for LPC2366

Does NXP has evaluation board for LPC2366? 

or if I start work on LPC2366, what develop board should I use?

LPC2366 is an old device. It is no longer in longevity program since Nov 2022. So it is not recommended for new design. Therefor we don't provide EVK board for it.

I suggest you consider imx RT or LPC5500 or LPC54xxx as replacement.
