can we unlock LPC1754 microcontroller using JLINK debugger, if not by what means we can unlock the NXP LPC1754 microcontroller? (Its urgent, please reply me as early as possible)

By using Jlink Debugger tool we can unlock STM32 devices but we cannot unlock the LPC1754 locked controller. 

So, is there any other means of unlocking the locked NXP LPC1754 controller. is there any tool has to be installed to unlock the controller. please tell me the procedure for unlocking the controller. its urgent , please reply me as early as possible.

Flash Magic may be able to unlock the part, depending on the CRP level used to lock it. It talks to the ISP through a serial port which your board may/may not have implemented.
